Welcome to Eurasia Admits. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mentorship, and admissions consulting services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our Services.

Scope of Services

·       Eurasia Admits provides mentorship, admissions consulting, and related support for MBA, MiM, and Deferred MBA applicants.

·       We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or employment outcomes.

·       Our role is advisory; final results depend on your effort, institutional decisions, and external factors beyond our control.

Eligibility & Account Use

·       You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

·       You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and service use.

·       You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activities under your account.

Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

·       accuracy of documents submitted (transcripts, resumes, test scores, etc.),

·       scheduling and attending tests or interviews,

·       meeting school deadlines.

·       Eurasia Admits is not liable for missed deadlines, incomplete documents, or inaccurate information provided by you.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

·       All fees are clearly communicated prior to purchase.

·       Payments must be made in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·       Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once services begin.

·       You are responsible for applicable taxes and charges (excluding taxes on our income).

·       Late or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.

Mentorship & Third-Party Disclaimer

·       Our mentors provide guidance based on their personal experiences. They are not representatives or agents of any business school.

·       Any reference to schools, programs, or logos is for informational purposes only. Eurasia Admits does not claim official affiliation.

Intellectual Property

·       All content, frameworks, graphics, and materials created by Eurasia Admits are our intellectual property.

·       You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

·       Documents you share with us remain your property, but you grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver Services.

Acceptable Use of Website

You agree not to:

·       use the site for unlawful or harmful purposes,

·       attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload our systems,

·       copy or scrape content for commercial use without consent.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services, with reasonable notice to clients.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eurasia Admits, its directors, employees, and mentors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

·       We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

·       Upon termination, your right to use Services ends, but provisions on fees, IP, liability, and indemnity will survive.

Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
