Our Mentor Philosophy
Good coaching tells you “what.” Great mentoring shows you “why-and how.”
Our mentors bring context, direct feedback, and school-specific practice- always ethical, always human.
How We Select Mentors
We invite mentors who :
Every mentor signs our Code of Ethics and is reviewed on feedback quality, not “happy talk.”
